Kate is responsible for the strategic direction of human resources plans and policies, including employee engagement, recruitment and retention, employee relations and compensation. Kate is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources, Certified Professional and Certified Lean Professional. She joined People Inc. in 2003. Kate has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Canisius College and a master’s degree in business administration from the University at Buffalo.
