People Inc.’s Senior Living Apartments are safe and affordable for seniors age 62 or over who meet income guidelines. Monthly rent is based on income. There are 17 apartments throughout Western New York.
For a limited time, there is an incentive program available only at the following locations: Daffodil in Amherst, Holly in Angola, Lilly in Blasdell, Marigold in Grand Island, Pine in Lockport, Seneca-Cazenovia in South Buffalo and Sunflower in Lackawanna. Receive a move-in allowance in three easy steps:
1. Apply to one of the participating People Inc. Senior Living locations with the special offer by February 1, 2013.
2. Move in by April 1, 2013.
3. Receive $300 move-in allowance after third month of residency.
Family members feel at ease knowing that there is a day-time manager and live-in caretaker for building emergencies. Apartments are secure with one bedroom and kitchen with appliances. Gas heat, water, on-site laundry and storage are included. A small pet is welcome too! Case managers are available to provide assistance with referrals to services and assist tenants with health insurance information and Medicaid paperwork, as well as other services.
