With locations from Lockport to now Angola, construction has begun on People Inc.’s 17th independent senior housing site on Main Street in the Village of Angola. "This project, three years in the making, would not have been possible without the persistence of Mayor Howard "Hub" Frawley; funding from HUD, Erie County and the WNY Foundation; and the support of Congressman Brian Higgins," said Kevin Horrigan, People Inc. spokesperson.
