People Inc.’s Living Healthy Program will have its Chronic Disease Self-Management Workshop beginning August 17 and continuing every Thursday through September 21. The free workshop will be held at People Inc. Walnut Senior Living, 804 Union Road, West Seneca. The course is open to older adults who are living with or caring for someone with a chronic condition.

The workshop provides attendees new skills, enabling them to confront challenges associated with chronic disease. Additionally, tips to maintain an active lifestyle will be provided.
