The Developmental Disability Alliance of Western New York (DDAWNY) Family Committee is hosting a breakfast with local legislators. Family members of individuals with disabilities will have the opportunity to speak with their legislative representative about key issues, including: the lengthy waiting list for living opportunities for people with developmental disabilities and the 1115 Medicaid Waiver through the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
